Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping sign-in methods secure, and for inviting only people your organization authorizes.

Your data

Your organization owns the data it enters and the files it uploads. We process it only to provide the Service, keep it separate from other customers, and let you export it.

Acceptable use

You may not: attempt to access another organization’s data; probe, scan, or overload the Service; upload malicious files; or use the Service unlawfully.

Website content and automated access

The website’s text, design, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Grantline-Tracking or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to public pages and quote them reasonably with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions, use the Grantline-Tracking name or logo without permission, hotlink our images, or collect content or data by scraping, crawlers, or other automated means, except search engines indexing public pages in line with our robots.txt.

Exports and downloads

Exports and downloads are logged and limited to protect customer data. Bulk extraction beyond normal business use may be paused.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
